NAACP YOUTH & COLLEGE DIVIVISION

Welcome to the NAACP Youth & College Chapter website. We hope that this website will be informative and of value to our youth in the community. We ask you to join the NAACP and volunteer your services in this continuing struggle for equality. The Eexecutive officers and our board members of the NAACP Youth & College Council has dedicated our selves to ensure that the NAACP mission and visions are met. By setting goals to create a diverse unit of young people who believe that all people should be treated equally regardless of your race, sex or creed.

The local chapter members in Ventura County, expend out in the state of California. Our members currently attend colleges/universities in California and the local high school. Our goal for 2011/12 is to build and sustain local youth and college chapter in Ventura County. Our Initiative is to Bring More Young People into the NAACP and inform the communtiy of their civil and human rights. Our dedicated members mobilizing young People who Believe in our Vision abd Objectives. The future of the NAACP rests on the shoulders of today's youth. We are asking you to help us bring the next generation into the NAACP. "Making a difference in our Community" is our belief and passion.
